• Malicious code, scripts, or phishing attempts

3. No Account or Commerce

• No user accounts are created
• No buying, selling, or subscription services are supported

• We may restrict access to users who repeatedly or severely violate these terms

5. Reporting to Authorities

We take illegal content seriously. Any use of Flingnote for illegal purposes — including but not limited to the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), doxxing, malware distribution, or facilitation of illegal transactions — will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and may preserve content and associated metadata (including IP addresses and timestamps) as evidence.

If you discover content that constitutes CSAM, please also report it directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline or your local authority.
